Key Responsibilities:

  • Help to prepare regular and ad-hoc presentations for senior stakeholders.
  • Support in core business management functions: – Location Strategy, Real Estate Coordination, Enterprise wide initiatives and Early Talent Programmes).
  • You support critical organization-wide initiatives on behalf of the broader team.
  • Work with Head of Business Management to scope business challenges and package them into structured projects.
  • Develop and sustain strong internal relationships within the Markets business line.
  • Represent the team in cross-functional meetings, calls and discussions.
  • Supports internal communications, employee engagement activities and early career programmes designed to power the culture.
  • Use automation and AI to drive improvement continuously.

Skill :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in financial services or business partner function.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong time management skills, including the ability to work on simultaneous items across multiple stakeholders with short lead times.
  • Ability to create and maintain organisation of many ongoing initiatives.
  • PC skills: Microsoft applications (PowerPoint, Excel and Word).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and calm under pressure.
  • Willingness to learn, develop, and take on additional responsibilities.
