Roles & Responsibility required for Analyst
- Identify and fix trends in data quickly and efficiently.
- Respond to client questions through the Operations Client Services team and other external parties.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues from different countries and teams.
- Suggest and make changes to improve quality and efficiency every day.
- Find the root cause of any issues and create solutions to prevent them in the future.
- Work closely with the Manager on special projects and technical problems.
- Actively discuss challenges and ideas for improving processes and timing with the team.
Skills required for Analyst
- Anticipate issues and takes appropriate action immediately. An analytical thinker who makes considered decisions and involves the right people.
- Ambitious to perform well and to assist others, when possible, to improve performance.
- Keen sense of ownership and accountability for tasks.
