Responsibilities For Customer Support Specialist Role
- Mentoring: Mentor new members of the team
- Strong written and Verbal Communication: Ability to troubleshoot and drive customers through any support channel Phone, Chat, case work
- Problem Solver: Identifies problems and uses tools and resources to resolve it.
- Time management: Manages time effectively and deal with low priority / high priority through minimal direction
- Flexibility: Adjusts quickly to new or changing environments, information, or a change in goals amidst unexpected conditions
- Collaboration: Communicates on a high level within customer organization to advise and troubleshoot with the customer concerning configuration and usage of Cision’s Products/Services. Proactively engages with other Cision departments (i.e. Sales) to enhance customer relationships and streamline processes. Ensures current information about the functional area and trends. Applies advanced theories, concepts and principles.
- Professionalism: Acceptance of errors as learning, use of knowledge to improve. Keeps promises and follows up on commitments
- KPI: measurable results linked to role responsibilities-Support effectiveness is tied to CSAT (Customer Satisfaction)
Qualifications:
- Preferred Experience Working: Assist customers via phone, chat and cases process for any questions or issues of our products
- Flexibility: Deal effectively with demand-related requests and customer escalations are managed, ensuring service length targets met.
- Technical competencies: Configuring reporting and dashboard with boolean logic, customer needs etc.
- Product Enablement: Enable features, services necessary to be used for customers product
- Collaborate: Work quickly and intensely with Sales, AM/Prod/Ops and CX Teams to become familiar with the team, the customer needs and how to resolve issues.
- Customer Focus: Participates in customer calls as subject mater expert to directly advise and solve with customers
- Cohesiveness: Adhering to all workflows and best practices to resolve customer inquiries
- Experts: Maintain expert product knowledge and continue training as a subject matter expert
- 2 Introduction Supporting Materials: Write and edit appropriate technical documentation to accompany customer submissions.
- Peer Support: mentor your peers on-boarding and post-onboarding to work best with customers
- Motivated self-starter and team player capable of working independently and achieving customer service length goals
