Responsibilities For Customer Support Specialist Role
- Mentoring: Mentor new members of the team
- Strong written and Verbal Communication: Ability to troubleshoot and drive customers through any support channel Phone, Chat, case work
- Problem Solver: Identifies problems and uses tools and resources to resolve it.
- Time management: Manages time effectively and deal with low priority / high priority through minimal direction

Responsibilities For Operations Associate Role
- Ensure records, reports and other operational data are accurately recorded and updated
- Manage routine operations to facilitate running of business processes
- Collaborate internally with sales, finance, support and logistics.
- Track process delivery and raise concerns or delays
- Support SO policies and SIP (Saggezza Improvement Policy) projects as well as SOPs.
- Maintain adherence to company policy and regulatory guidelines
- Help facilitate a transaction process or payment between us.
- Resolve any operational issues or variances promptly
- Respond to customer or internal inquiries concerning operations
