Job Responsibilities for Apprentice
- Create the KYC Record in the KYC system by getting information from external sources before the deadline that was agreed on
- Talk actively with relationship management teams and compliance to put the information into the system until the KYC Record gets final approval
- Look at information from internal and external sources for company news (Firm website, Regulatory websites, Company website, Dun & Bradstreet Google and more)
- Check the information in the KYC Record and CIP document to make sure everything is there and correct (Company or Entity Formation documents, Ownership, Management and more)
- Finish the KYC Record by following local regulatory requirements and Global BSU Standards and policies
Eligibility Criteria for Apprentice
- 0-2 years of experience in banking, finance or law
- Experience in control or risk or Compliance (AML/KYC) function (an advantage)
- Knowledge of European Union regulatory KYC/AML requirements
- Flexible to work as, per Business timings
- Previous relevant experience preferred
