Role and Responsibilities for Data Entry Operator

• Accurately enter and update information into computer systems or databases
• Perform data queries before or post-entry validation to ensure accuracy
• Keep records of vital files, documents, and information
• Digitize, category and Maintain digitized data and even Physical Document
• File your data regularly so you donot lose your data from it
• Inspect data for maxes, duplicates or blank values
• Adhere to company protocols for data privacy and protection
• Liaise with other departments to obtain necessary information
• Write reports or summaries when/if required
• However, you need to be fast and accurate at the same time on huge amount of data.
