Responsibilities For KYC Analyst

• Work with the Relationship Management and Compliance teams to help prepare, develop, and approve the electronic Know Your Client (KYC) records and supporting documents.
• Create and update KYC records by gathering information from both internal and external sources, like the company website and regulatory websites.
• Collaborate with the Relationship Management and Compliance teams to update the system with KYC details and track the workflow progress, reporting updates to your supervisor.
• Check and confirm that the information in KYC records and Customer Identification Program (CIP) documents is accurate and complete.
• Make sure the KYC records meet local rules and follow Global Business Support Unit (BSU) standards.
• Keep the BSU tool up to date.
• Always assess the risk when making business decisions, carefully considering the company’s reputation and protecting Citigroup, its clients, and assets. Follow the laws, rules, and regulations, and use good judgment in personal behavior and business actions. Report any control issues clearly and take necessary steps.

Responsibilities For Cash and Trade Proc Analyst 1

• Do the tasks you are given, like checking yearly stuff, certifications, and making changes.
• Talk with the business team to ask questions, check if anything is missing, and help get the content approved.
• Find out what new information is needed and update or make new content that the business needs.
• Look for answers to questions about the help pages or anything about the business, like policy changes.
• Keep an eye on your work to make sure everything is finished on time.
• Follow the rules and steps of the team.
• Always make sure clients are happy and meet their needs, and this will be measured by certain goals.

Responsibilities For Ops Sup Analyst 2
