Key Responsibilities
- Compile reconciliations for the Balance Sheet supporting Accounts Receivable and Prepaid Expenses.
- Carrying out warranty allocation and related accounting tasks.
- By Day 4, prepare and distribute Retention Schedules to the GCA FA team.
- With the Units and other CBS Service Lines, manage the resolution of financial-related open items.
- With the CJG CGA CTB Team, account for and amortize prepaid expenses such as medical insurance.
- Monthly recording and amortizing of CSR commitments.
- Retention of SOX documentation pertaining to the Balance Sheet Reconciliation for the SOX compliance documentation.
- Answer questions presented by the company’s management and internal or external auditors and SOX audit staff regarding financial statements in a company’s financial results and reporting.
- Assist in compiling, consolidating, and performing an analysis of financial information.
- Assist in preparing journal entries and financial details for inclusion in reports.
- Perform other assignments related to financial and ad hoc reporting projects as necessary.
