Roles & Responsibilities For Team Leader:
- Act in accordance with operational leadership; Start up a shift and determine allocation, scheduling, priorization of daily tasks for the production team.
- Reporting & Analysis: Compile daily/shift production reports and related information in the area of employee/client reporting.
- Team Leadership: Serve as the initial contact for keyers, providing training, direction and troubleshooting support on operational questions.
- Communication & Liaison: Maintain continuous contact with Supervisor -escalate on the spot departmental issues – report workflow / productivity status.
- Workflow Management: Take advantage of workflow tools to monitor production on the fly and suggest modifications for the best processing.
