Responsibilities For Associate Analyst Role
- Assist UK based EAs in expense claims submission, reconciliation of American Express statements, meeting room bookings, and travel itinerary creation using appropriate Deloitte systems and in line with policy
- Help and respond to EAs general requests and queries as needed
- Process requests and tickets via the ESS Service Portal (Service Now) following ESS recommended practice
- Quality Assurance policy adherence by storing all requests in the appropriate Microsoft Teams folder and all correspondence with EAs and other requesters
- Comprehend and follow the Deloitte UK Travel & Expenses policy
- Modify service documentation and training manuals (SOPs, Process Maps and SIPOCs) as necessary
Required
- Any Graduate fresher or an applicant with less than 11 months of work experience in admin assistant jobs.
- Ability to work with Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to manage own workload whilst prioritising as required to meet deadlines.
- Able to work in a fully proactive and creative way to overcome barriers and solve problems.
- Meticulous with a good work ethic and great level of attention to detail.
- Great written and verbal communication skills with the ability to draft own communication.
