Responsibilities:

• A good understanding of Onfido’s products is gained by working with support teams, product managers, and software engineers. Confidence is built when explaining solutions.
• A customer-first approach is used to make sure customers have a good experience at every step. Communication is adjusted based on who the customer is.
• Technical problems are found, fixed, and solved by working with the team.
• Customer feedback is shared with Product Managers to help improve the product. Product documents are updated regularly to keep things clear.
• Ways to automate tasks are found, and tools or scripts are created to make work easier.

Basic Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in Technical Support for customer service or software support.
• Should be kind, understanding, and willing to help others.
• Must be good at solving problems and thinking critically.
• Needs to be patient, friendly, and calm, even when under pressure.
• Should be able to manage time well and handle multiple tasks at once.
• Should be okay with working on some public holidays when needed.
• Must have strong analytical skills and be comfortable with reading system logs.
• Should have experience in writing guides and help articles for customers.
• Can work independently and make decisions even with limited information.
• Should be a team player and work well with others to solve customer problems.
• Must be able to prioritize tasks based on what is most important.
• Needs experience in handling customer expectations and meeting deadlines.
• Must be fluent in English, both speaking and writing.
• Should have experience in at least one programming language (Ruby, Python, or JavaScript preferred).
