Responsibility for Telesales Executive
- Responsible for overall GWP (Gross Written Premium) achievement’s
- To achieve set goals, ensure there is sustainable Profitability.
- Month on month, ensure there is an increase in agent activation as per target set.
- Working with other departments like U/W, Claims, and Operations
- Responsible to check and improve provided service levels to the clients.
- Work towards ensuring IRDAI compliance for licensing and commission payments to Agents and payment if any, to them.
- Assist the Agents in all activities related with policy servicing, guide them whenever needed.
- Train/distribute the necessary documents outlining the company policies and undercover competition est. toward agents/channel partners.
- Assist with daily reports and MIS for the branch.
- Report any transactions involving money from payments, receipts, and other banks on a daily basis.
- Policy issuance/cancellation/endorsement.
