- Initiatives for Growing Revenue: Deal with existing customers actively in order to market for other services, dojaka services to increase revenue per customer.
- Strategies for Retaining Customers: Create and resolve issues to serve the purpose of increasing customer retention. Use collected customer data and implement changes aimed at improving services.
