Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct three-way matching of invoices and PO lines.
- Global Country:Process PO and non-PO invoices on a daily basis.
- Clear system and manual holds regularly and promptly, as assigned.
- Know the PO toleration and how the invoices must be matched.
- Respond the help desk calls and resolution according to request within SLA.
- Processing non-English invoices and knowledge of foreign tax concepts of other countries, in particular Canadian Tax laws is a plus.
- Meet internal yardstick set of metrics around Productivity and Quality.
- Deliver outstanding service to our business partners and vendors
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on experience with R12 preferred & remote transition is an added advantage. Beginner level in MS Office.
- 1 – 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable process and relevant experience of 1 – 2 years in Invoice Processing, holds resolutions & help desk queries.
- Keyboard skills are more than 25 words per minute.
- Outgoing personality with excellent verbal & written English communication skills, commitment to achieving results.
- Customer-oriented and Conscientious with attention to detail.
- Good team player and result-oriented.
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours given the potential global coverage of this role.
