Key Responsibilities of a Key Accounts Executive
- Maintain and develop key customer and sensitive accounts.
- Be the first point of contact with those customers.
- Know customer needs and be able to offer services or other products to meet the needs.
- Keep customers satisfied with service provided.
- Identify the needs for services and/or products that might be suitable for upselling or cross-selling.
- Work closely with other teams to assure service and solution fulfillment.
- Perform analysis and report to management about the account.
