Roles & Responsibilities For Business Analyst
- Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and manage business goals, requirements, and ensure alignment with project outcomes.
- Elicit, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements, process maps, specifications, and user stories.
- Support strategic planning, contribute to product roadmaps, and participate in quality assurance activities.
- Partner with IT teams to design, implement, test, and manage changes while ensuring solutions meet business objectives.
- Analyze data to generate insightful reports, identifying trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Recommend system and process modifications, controls, and procedures to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on new systems, tools, or processes.

- Develop and maintain cloud-native microservices using Java (8+), SpringBoot, and JBoss
- Work with Angular/React JS for front-end development
- Integrate and troubleshoot using Apache Camel, Hibernate/JPA, and Webservices
- Debug complex issues using application logs
- Collaborate in DevOps environments using Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Bitbucket
