Freshers with the basic knowledge of computers, the use of MS excel, and good typing skills can easily seek this position. Responsibilities for Associate Back Office
- Assimilate procedural change into the day to day operations.
- Deliver personal productivity and quality objectives.
- Assist other team members to deliver services as expected.
- Assistance in training others, where necessary.
- Quality review to measure accuracy.
- Comply with the Policies and Procedures of the Company.
- Keep up to date with new systems and procedures of bill entry.
- Identi fy trends which contain bill entry mistakes and present to management att enti on.
- Knowledge about transportati ons, freight fl ow, terms.
- Knowledge of bill fl ow process (which may vary among working companies)
- Consciousness of down stream effects of accuracy of entry of bills.
- Relationships among individuals within an organization at the base level are termed primary internal interactions.
Responsibilities for Executive
- Position WTS at every assigned/completed account.
- Examine all the required account documents in the associated systems.
- Pull together and tabulate pertinent audit and claims information in spreadsheet analysis.
- Attend any additional training and special unit projects that are relevant.
- Calculate and describe effect on the account of Insured.
- Make sure that the given account was duly updated on the compliance report.
- Provide daily status reports to Unit Manager.
