Roles & Responsibilities For Test Engineer

Test software programs to ensure they function as intended.
Discover and report bugs, glitches, or problems within the system.
Develop and conduct test cases and test plans.
Collaborate with developers to learn issues and features.
Do the routine both manual and automated testing when required.
Verify the correctness and efficiency of the programs.
Assistance making better testing tools and processes.
Generate test reports and present results to the team.
Make sure that all specifications are tested.
Work together with the release to make sure our products are error free when going live.

Skills & Requirements :-

Strong knowledge on software testing methodologies and concepts.
Knowledge of Manual and automation testing tools (Selenium, JIRA or QTP).
Programming/scripting experience (e.g., Java, Python or equivalent).
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Troubleshoot issues before they come up and identify bugs with accuracy and attention to detail.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Meet deadlines and multitask.
Knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
Experience working with Agile and/or Scrum as development methodologies.
Experience with databases and ability to write SQL query.
Freshers or 1-2years of Experience will be Prefer.
Passion to learn and deliver quality software.
