Responsibilities:
- Customer Onboarding: New customers are helped to start using the product. They are guided, trained, and ensured that everything goes smoothly.
- Account Management: Strong relationships are built with key customer accounts. They are assisted by being the main point of contact, and opportunities to expand the relationship are explored.
- Product Knowledge: Expertise in the product is developed and kept updated. The product’s benefits and solutions are communicated to customers.
- Customer Training: Training materials and webinars are created and delivered to help customers use the product better.
- Customer Support: Customer inquiries are addressed, issues are resolved, and escalations are handled when necessary. Timely responses are ensured for support tickets.
- Customer Feedback: Feedback, case studies, quotes, and reviews are collected to help improve the product by sharing with the development team.
- Renewals and Upselling: Customer usage is monitored, and subscription renewals are worked on. Opportunities for upselling and cross-selling are identified.
- Customer Success Plans: Success plans are created and executed by working with customers to meet their goals.
- Churn Prevention: Problems that might lead to churn are identified and addressed. Strategies are developed to improve customer retention.
- Reporting: Regular reports on customer engagement and satisfaction are provided to internal teams.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s degree in a field like Business, Marketing, or Computer Science.
- Experience in a Customer Success job, especially in B2B SaaS, is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build relationships with others.
- Able to solve problems and always focus on what the customer needs.
- Can work alone or as part of a team.
- Experience using CRM software is helpful.
