Roles & Responsibilities for Customer Service

  • Deal with several chats concurrently (3+ Active Chats)
  • Respond to customer queries and issues in a timely manner
  • Resolve the customer’s issue according to policy and using the help articles available.
  • Reproduce customers problem and file required bugs/suggestions/ideas
  • Make the peoples feel well served
  • Successful candidate will work closely with internal departments supporting the customer’s needs for information.
  • Support on technical queries which is applicable to Domain, Hosting, Server, SSL, Email, Site Lock and for the products which are owned by end customer

Roles & Responsibilities for Technical Support

  • Provide support to manufacturing, commissioning and field service personnel as required.
  • Provide troubleshooting to solve the customer problems via Call, Chat and Email
  • Remote Access Session (RAS) as needed via Chat and Phone
  • Took 25 to 30 calls a day. (AHT 6-9 mins)
  • Email and phone follow-ups on cases
  • New knowledge base Article creation for managed tickets.
  • Own Lean and Transformation projects – both, identifying & training for LEan Projects.
