Key Responsibilities for Associate General Manager
- Team Management: Supervise and manage a team to achieve their set targets and sustain performance levels.
- Strategic Planning: Participate in formulating and implementing business approaches to accomplish defined objectives for the organization.
- Operations Oversight: Supervise the daily running of the organization to ensure all activities function optimally and efficiently.
