Roles & Responsibilities For Associate Account Manager

• Help promote and plan branded events and other Servd Delhi activities through their branded and promotional events in a chronological order.
• Work hand in hand with content and production/post production to plan different formats and themes for each event.
• Assist them in maintaining the event’s brand identity as well as creating a memorable experience for the participants.
• Assisting in managing all logistical arrangements for the event such as the location and booking the relevant service providers.

Roles & Responsibilities For Fleet Manager

• Managing a team of 500-850 Delivery Executives ( DE) in a zone(s) directly on a daily basis DE efficiency assigned at an individual level.
• Conduct regular field audits for better compliance among DEs
• Coach DEs via field training at an individual level for better delivery experience.
• Address DE level issues/grievances by escalating to relevant teams like governance, ROC etc.
• Manage and control voluntary attrition and control absconders by conducting regular engagement activities.
• Mitigate Strikes with minimal ground disruption.
• Conduct huddles weekly including GTM of new products/launches
• Drive reactivations and attritions through calling and engagement with DEs
• Provide ground intelligence on cost , speed and new launches.
• Drive Referral by engaging with existing DE’s and influencing them to refer more DEs.
