Responsibility for International Voice Role
- Verify and process invoices according to company guidelines.
- Ensure accounts payable are paid in a timely manner and any discrepancies resolved.
- Keep accurate records of all collections received, as well as all accounts payable.
- Work with vendors and internal partners in resolving payment inquiries or disputes.
- Prepare and balance accounts payable for month-end close.
- Keep track of accounts payable aging to prevent late payments.
- Help with financial reporting concerning accounts payable.
