• Make Outbound calls to Customers to promote and sell loan products / services
• Maintain a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Generate new leads and Manager Customer accounts
• Work towards achieving daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
• Handle Objections and provide solutions to customer concerns.

• Talk to people who come to the store.
• Tell them about EMI, which means paying money every month.
• Help them pick the best EMI for them.
