Responsibilities for Medical Billing Non voice Process

• Patients insurance details and eligibility verification
• Use billing software to accurately process medical claims
• Enter patient, provider and payor data into systems
• Verify and edit claims before submission
• Procedures to follow a denied or rejected claim and resubmitting them
• Managing medical coding assistance (ICD, CPT, or HCPCS codes as applicable)
