Responsibilities for AR callers
- Reach out to insurance payers to follow up on denied or unpaid claims.
- Examine status of claim raised and respond appropriately for the payment resolution.
- Patients should be billed when accounts have been determined to be patient responsibility.
- Evaluate billing, payment, denial and documentation details.
- Get them to explain benefits (EOBs) when necessitated.

Eligibility Criteria
- You should have at least 18 months of experience in handling Accounts Receivable.
- Proficient with ATHENA software (Added Advantage)

- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Flexibility with shifts, teams and roles.
