Responsibilities for HR Operations Executive

• Support with onboarding (including documentation and induction coordination)
• Help in exit formalities and employee records.
• Help in BGV initiation of the candidates & close reports
• Update Employee Information in HRIS Systems
• Assisting with attendance, leave records and payroll basic entries
• Timely and accurate updates and maintenance of the HR records relating to each compliance audit (Internal & External).
• Replying to person inquires of your fellow employees in a timely manner.
• Support for benefits administration(insurance, reimbursements, leave) if provided
• Help in preparing & sending the PF, ESIC inputs to the vendor for UAN, ESIC IP generation weekly.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelor degree of HR, Business Administration or related fields
• Possess an experience of minimum 6 months HR operation, Administration or intern.
• Awareness of HR processes and labour laws.
• Intermediate/Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Eager to Learn and Adapt in a FAST PACE Environment.
