Responsibility for Implementation Consultant
- Manages many concurrent implementation projects by providing general direction and using standard implementation method.
- Drives and manages all implementation milestones to completion, within budget, scope, schedule and customer satisfaction.
- Gathers and manages extensive documentation during the implementation which includes billable hours, notes/documentation on Salesforce, expense management etc.
- Similar to the Project Tracker, communicates with key stakeholders in a timely fashion to understand and summarize risks, project status updates/feedfarms along with expectations next steps.
- Trains and advises clients to leverage the appropriate products within best practices and use cases tailored to fit their needs.
- Advocates the features and functionality of BlackLine products during configuration with clients, in order to get buy-in and adoption from users.
Eligibility Criteria
- Two plus years of experience in the audit/accounting industry.
- Background in software.
- Technology background/experience.
- Accounting degree/CPA preferred.
