Roles and Responsibilities For Assistant Director
- Helping the Director with everything they do, like making plans, decisions, and managing projects.
- Taking care of daily tasks, making sure everything runs smoothly, and coordinating activities.
- Assisting with hiring, training, and supervising staff, and stepping in to help with performance issues if needed.
- Helping with budgeting, keeping track of expenses, and making sure finances are in line with the rules.

Roles and Responsibilities For Food and Beverage Executive
- Correctly label buffet dishes.
- Keep buffet areas clean at all times.
- Make suggestions on the menu that might suit guests of different nationalities.
- Familiarize with menu items of all other outlets to recommend guests to other outlets.
- Undertake steps to ensure that the cashiers’ desk is ready and set for service.
- Check reservations and confirm any large bookings for the next service period.
- Ensure that everything is clean and tidy, ready for guests to enter the restaurant.
- Assist bar attendants and kitchen staff where required and carry out any reasonable duties requested by the Manager.
- Greet guests with smiles and offer assistance with coats, bags, etc., introducing yourself.

- Analysis local market trends and competitor activity to identify business leads
- Develop customer accounts and travel within the local area to drive business into the specific hotel/cluster and to increase market/customer share in all revenue streams
- Negotiate room rates/packages with corporate clients
- Develop and implement creative local marketing channels, including social media channels
- Prepare company contracts for the hotel in accordance with current business and pricing conditions
- Work within current business strategies and recognising potential opportunities
- Cooperate with other departments in the hotel to create an exceptional Guest experience and build strong, comprehensive sales programs
