Roles & Responsibilities For HR Intern Role:
- Help with the entire hiring process, including sourcing candidates as well as scheduling interviews and ensuring that they are prescreened.
- Organize beginner’s activities and help with induction programs.
- Assist in tracking employee records and HR databases to assure accurate information.
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, compliance programs.
- Engage in initiatives, surveys and launches to communicate that get staff involved.
