Job Responsibility For KYC / Operation Executive Role
- KYC compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements by conducting due diligence and verifying the identity of new and existing customers. Review and analyze customer documentation to assess compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) policies.
- Customer onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, including collecting necessary documentation, conducting risk assessments, and completing KYC checks. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and customers to gather required information and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Risk assessment: Assess customer risk profiles based on available information, such as identification documents, financial statements, and transaction history. Identify and report any potential red flags or suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
- Documentation management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation. Ensure proper filing and storage of KYC-related documents in compliance with data protection and privacy regulations.
- Due diligence: Conduct enhanced due diligence on high-risk customers or transactions, following internal policies and regulatory guidelines. Perform background checks, including screening against sanctions lists and politically exposed persons (PEP) databases.

Skills Required For KYC / Operation Executive
