Responsibilities:
- Client Support: Independently work with clients to provide expert day-to-day transactional support, as well as process and “how-to’s” guidance for Workday.
- System improvements: Work directly with the business to assist in the ongoing enhancements and implementation of workday new features, such as developing analytics that drive strategic decision making, report logic testing execution, data loading and integration tools.
- Incident Resolution: Provide handling of the client helpdesk, receipt, interpretation and resolution of Workday incidents and service requests via a ticketing system including appropriate escalation and documentation through to final resolution.
- Delivery Excellence Complete all tasks in a timely and accurate manner to achieve SLAs while ensuring client satisfaction Responds appropriately to inquiries or requests from clients in a professional manner Adhere to process including deadline, compliance & policies of the organization as well as client
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years directly supporting or configuring Workday instances.
- Workday Experience: Fundamental understanding of Workday business processes, security roles, Org structures and reports.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients and remote teams.
- Consulting Skills: Strong creative and analytical problem-solving skills utilizing a structured approach to project delivery, guide timelines with minimal oversight.
- Job Environment: Ability to work with and across time zones (US hours) as well as in a high-job volume, fast-paced environment.
