- Process review of Payroll & Employee reimbursements – Test of controls , Fraud investigations, transaction audits, and efficiency improvements.
- Process review of Accounts Payable – Transaction audit, test of controls & efficiency improvements.
- Developing dashboards for analysis, MIS analysis and identifying exceptions.
- Participating in business process analysis and continuous improvements projects.
- Designing & publishing Monthly & Quarterly MIS to F&A and HR heads.
