- Greets the patient/attendant according to the hour of the day.
- Displays warmth & care at customer interaction.
- Helping customers to know how of the hospital.
- Taking calls from internal & external customers.
- Attends the lost & vulnerable patients.
- Liaisons with doctors & other hospital staff
- To efficiently handle appointment, admission and discharge of patients.
- Submits deposited cash/cheques /draft/ credit slips to finance.
- Comply with the service quality Process, environmental & occupational issues & policies of the respective area.
- Effective utilization of hospital information system (H.I.S) & other software provided for tasks assigned periodically.
- Running the allotted counter as per the respective SOPs
- Any other duties given by the reporting manager
