Main Responsibilities:
- Make sure that responses to all customer queries are provided on time and accurately as per SLA domains.
- Plan and organize operational activities and tasks on a team level within the framework of a customer’s Infobip business need and strategy. Contemplate and implement actions in challenging and/or high-impact decisions.
- Work on internal and external escalations and highly impactful/critical customer issues directly to resolve them.
- Partake in any Shift Lead Activities that include but not limited to: Aiding in operational business as individual work, ticket and activity review, queue oversight and other duties listed in the Shift Lead Way of Work.
- Cascade all the pertinent information on the changes and innovations required for the successful completion of all tasks.
- Participate actively in all the business process quality assurance and use them for enabling the team.
