Responsibilities for Account Manager :
- Primary Role requirement: New customers, new geography – From finding all the contacts to being proactive and reaching out aggressively, and continuously building pipeline.
- Works on lead qualification and a successful sale
- Sells a subset of product or services directly or via partners to a customer’s base (provided target account list) in designated team/squad.
- Involves specialists as appropriate on specific aspects of overall sales (e.g. SE for demo)
- Proposes solutions that address all aspects of the application.
- Forecasts, requests accounts, implements account strategy and planning for sales.
- Involved in development, presentation and sales of a value proposition.
- Negotiates contract and price for sale.
- Maintains client relationships by working with AMs, CSEs or Inside Sales to sell and keep accounts healthy
- Does well with BDR teams to assume the lead role
- As required cross sells for existing accounts on complicated deals (e.g., renegotiation)
Skill required
- Applicable experience including solution sales (in certain situations SaaS sales experience needed)
- Proven track record of selling successfully – commission income
- Be able to gain access to accounts and make appointments with stakeholders in accounts.
- Playing with C level players.
- Infobip knowledge and/or knowledge of competitors of Infobip.
- Team player with strong interpersonal /communication skills.
- A proven track record of successful communication/negotiating/closing skills with prospects/customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
