Roles & Responsibility for Project Management – Steering
- Develop & Maintain Project plan integrated with customer ps milestone
- Leaded onsite program requirements, scoping with CFT internal & Customers
- Lead the project from scoping through to delivery.
- Drive team in efficient risk assessment/ mitigation/ implementation and tracking of solutions with high precision and accuracy in a timely manner
- Disseminate schedules, dependencies, issues and risks to team members and other stakeholders including Change Management/control
- Experience in Chassis Embedded Development
- Pool ideas, offer suggestions, hash out plans and get agreement on what to do next
- Prepare weekly status reports and arrange weekly status meetings
- Lead and direct a lean engineering process with CFT & Suppliers.
- Create plans & execute to minimize project deliverable challenges
- Systematically manage project issues and customer escalations
Roles & Responsibility for L&D Specialist
- Create your own learning solutions and facilitate the identification, creation and implementation of those solutions. Here’s what we should own in terms of the quality, impact and penetration of learning solutions.
- Work with Learning Partners and business leaders to develop / deploy programs in line with business & employee learning needs.
- Designing and developing learning solutions using functional, technical and behavioral skills of the L&D domain (5.) .
- External LMS application, learning solutions Trained the Trainer TTT, etc.
- Have sound Knowledge of Training & Development, and should have been exposed to Training gap analysis, Training Need Analysis, Competency Mapping.
- Have you own a Training function for Business groups and connect with HOG-HOD to share their training needs based on business Goals, business pain point and skill gaps.
- Develop and Own Groupwise Learning Plan & Analytics for relevant technical skill teams, prepare dashboards on a quarterly basis.
- Suggest learning solutions to HOGs for organization level capability building (TNA)
- Regularly support in the review of current programs; Content and assessments
- Contribute to and execute against L&D internal comms strategy – develop messages and produce communications which are audience relevant.
- Track and report on program effectiveness and impact; metrics to measure that L&D is optimizing process/results efficiently & effectively in response to the needs of the business.
