Role and responsibilities of an Employee Field Sales
Responsible for business of Agri & domestic pumps for Mumbai BO
Monitoring of ASR’s and driving the business for secondary sales
Appointing new dealers / distributors
Conducting sales promotional campaign to increase brand visibility in the market
Achieve / Exceed the set order intake targets
Monthly forecasting of the orders
Field sales calls with dealers / ASR’s
Close working with TSS team for increasing the business
Supporting the credit control team in timely payment collection from dealers
Develop strong dealer connect & rapport.
Work out strategies to increase primary / secondary sales
Push for strong retailer network
