Job description
- Oversee the regular functionalities of the contact / call center
- Manage and coach customer service teams
- Monitor agent performance and productivity
- Delivery of good customer service and customer satisfaction
- Triage elevated member issues and complaints
- Workforce management and staff scheduling
- Train, coach and motivate the team members
- Monitor after-picking key performance indicators including call processing time, resolution rate and consumer satisfaction
- Generate reports and examine data related to contact center operations
- Optimize business process for efficiency
- Ensure disciplinary action, company policies and service standards are followed
- Collaborate with other departments to provide customers with necessary solutions
- Optimize the contact center operating costs by managing budgets
