What You’ll Do:
- Eliminate the need to respond to requests and prepare materials and context in advance.
- Scheduling, prioritization, and coordination of stakeholders by managing and maintaining executive calendars.
- Make travel arrangements, such as itineraries, reservations, and travel logistics, coordinate meetings and events.
- Cross-time zone coordination and complex time schedule management with top management.
- Serve as a key interface among the executives and the internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle high-priority and time-sensitive requests, with great judgment and discretion.
- Favor special projects and cross-functional projects when necessary.
- Organize and carry out team offsites, meetings and events.
- Keep records of the organization including org charts and distribution lists.
