- Resolve customer inquiries through inbound calls, web chats and e-mailrespond to customers within SLA.
- Recording incidents and service requests, classifying and prioritising them, following the life cycle of the incident/service request according to ITIL.
- Keep users up-to-date on the status of their request and close it once they are happy with your answer
- Level 1 troubleshooting was mostly about desktop / OS, Exchange related issues, End devices, VPN as well as VOIP and share point based on instructions in the knowledgebase.
- Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate advanced incidents / requests to upstream technical groups
