Responsibility for Customer Success, Service & Operations
- Responding to and resolving customer inquiries via telephone, email or live chat.
- Offer factual and prompt information on our products and services.
- Thorough knowledge of typical problems and/or uneventful situations and issues first-level resolutions or escalate to next level support as instructed.
- Escalate and schedule escalations callbacks to meet resolution requirements accurately.
- Complies with all company policies for the daily operations of the store and other guidelines.
