The accounts receivable coordinator is responsible for performing the processes, where the selected will handle processes up to following up with insurance for finding unpaid/denied claims and getting those paid. They will also verify claim status, troubleshoot billing problems, and ensuring that thorough records of all interaction with insurers are kept. Candidates must have advanced English communication skills, basic computer knowledge, and the ability to work in a fast-paced business process outsourcing (BPO) setting. Freshers are not required to have experience in medical billing or functional knowledge of healthcare processes but someone with this experience will be an added advantage.

Role & responsibilities In these roles you will be responsible for:

Requirements for this role include:
- Ability to work regularly scheduled shifts from Monday-Friday according to US time.

- 1+ year(s) of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools.
- 0-6 months of experience in a service-oriented role where you had to correspond in writing or over the phone with customers who spoke English.
