Responsibilities:
- Provide GREAT customer service by supporting Sales Directors on opportunity / quote requests in Salesforce.
- Create quote forms for Worldpanel by Numerator as necessary.
- Work with the Sales Team to understand the sale and its context so you can quote properly – effectively and efficiently!
- Manage and keep clean the member data in critical SalesForce objects.
- Review of exception reports to find and fix data inconsistencies in other CRM entities.
- Lead data hygiene projects to keep the CRM current and trustworthy.
- Partner with Sales Operations and other cross-functional organizations to effectively manage the contracting/payment lifecycle – subscriptions renewals, amendments, cancellations.
- Create and upkeep Salesforce reports to deliver useful data and insights to the Sales team.
- Help create and provide training materials to enable commercial teams to use Salesforce effectively.
Skills & Qualifications
- Level of education or professional experience.
- 1-2 years in a corporate/biz ops role.
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Index/Match).
