Roles & Responsibilities For Junior Payroll Specialist

• Process the monthly payroll for all employees accurately and on time.
• Make sure salaries are calculated and paid on schedule.
• Handle final settlements when employees leave the company.
• Keep payroll information confidential.
• Manage employee benefits and statutory deductions like PF, ESI, PT, TDS, LWF, TCS, etc.
