Oceaneering Job Description –

Duties & Responsibilities For Trainee Accounts Payable:

• Scanning invoices following general inspections to ensure compliance with Accounts Payable standards and procedures.
• Process AP bills after general checks, in accordance with Accounts Payable regulations and procedures.
• Identify unprocessed invoices after AP close and report for accrual preparation.
• Timely follow-up on invoices under query and updates in the workflow
• Update productivity trackers.
• Responding to emails in a timely and accurate manner, and forwarding interdepartmental queries to the AP department.
• Perform any additional duties assigned as necessary.

Qualifications & Skills For Trainee Accounts Payable:

• Commerce graduate or above.
• Minimum of 0-2 years experience with an international company.
• Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Features
• Basic understanding of accounting fundamentals
• Microsoft Office Suite skills must be at least intermediate.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
