Key Responsibilities:

• You will be taught and helped to do these tasks.
• The system will be used to work with media rights, like handling payments and data for pictures, words, and videos.
• Old tasks will be finished, and new tasks will be taken care of with the team’s help.
• Projects will be done with the HEI R&P team, and records that need fixing will be found.
• Problems, like wrong data or things that stop work, will be found and fixed by reopening and closing tasks.
• The HEI team and Project Managers will get help with tasks to make sure everything is done on time.
• Digital files and papers from projects will be kept in order and easy to find.

Qualifications

• Add assessment logs to the data management system after project completion.
• Meet the clearance task targets to finish projects on time.
• Create content plans (detailed lists of assets) for projects.
• Download high-resolution media assets (images/videos) as needed and upload them to the data management system.
• Manage the upload of data for new versions of existing projects.
• Handle permission requests to make sure rights are acquired before publishing or releasing the product.
• Manage invoices for clearance tasks that involve costs.
• Participate in rights initiatives within the larger R&P team.
• Attend meetings to update the business team on task progress.

Competencies

• Admin tasks are handled in an organized way.
• English is spoken and written well.
• A willingness to learn and improve in using special systems is shown.
• The basics of Microsoft Office and database management are known.
• Experience in content, media, or publishing is possessed (or the interest to learn is shown).
• Communication skills and the ability to work with a team are demonstrated.
• Knowledge of copyright is held (or the interest to learn about it is shown).
