- Different systems at Pivotree are connected to work smoothly together.
- Daily tasks for 600+ users in FinancialForce (Certinia) PSA and Salesforce.com are handled, including user management, custom field creation, data movement, layout updates, and security maintenance.
- FinancialForce (Certinia) integrations, including custom ones, are managed and set up as needed.
- Sandbox environments are maintained to test new features and fix issues before updates.
- A support queue is managed, and problems are fixed quickly to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reports and dashboards are created to check data quality and help business leaders make better decisions.
- The needs of Sales, Operations, and Finance teams are understood, and improvements to Salesforce and FinancialForce (Certinia) tools are made.
- Training plans are developed and delivered, and learning materials are created for users.
- FinancialForce (Certinia) support teams are coordinated with to solve problems, ensure smooth system performance, and stay updated on new features.
- Improvements in FinancialForce (Certinia) and Salesforce.com business processes are supported.
- User licenses are managed, and system usage is tracked.
Key Skills & Competencies
- A good understanding of FinancialForce (Certinia) PSA, Billing Central, and Revenue Management is needed to support Operations, Finance, Sales, and Delivery teams.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in technology, professional services, or creative solutions companies is required.
- A Salesforce Administrator certification must be obtained.
- Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets are required for analyzing data and creating reports.
- Large amounts of data must be uploaded using Data Loader or similar tools.
- Experience in testing, building, and deploying updates from a FinancialForce (Certinia) test system (sandbox) to the live system is expected.
- Custom objects, VisualForce pages, APEX classes, and Lightning components should be worked on.
