- Handing accounts receivable (AR) calls to collect on unpaid balances, denials and patient billing issues.
- Resolve the underlying reasons of each case by researching and appealing the denial.
- Work with teams internally to fix complex billing disputes and enhance RCM.
- Strong communication skills to be able to communicate well with patients, insurance providers and healthcare facilities.
- Record all your interactions in our CRM system.
- Thorough understanding of medical billing concepts, RCM best practices, and denial management.
- Good people skills so you can converse on the phone with customers/patients/insurance companies.
- Ability to work autonomously from home based office with limited supervision.
