Roles & Responsibilities For Gen AI Engineer Roles
- 3-8 years of software development experience, hands-on experiences in Generative AI, Agentic AI or Machine Learning or Application Development using AI.
- Deep knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Prompt Engineering, RAG, AI Agents, Multi-Agent Systems and other Conversational AI by design.
- Experience with frameworks like LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, CrewAI, AutoGen or any other Agentic AI Frameworks Python.
- Real-world experience using Amazon Bedrock, OpenAI/Azure OpenAI services, embedding models, vector databases and LLM orchestration platform.
- Hands-on experience of designing and developing Agentic AI applications including autonomous application workflows, tool calling, task planning, memory management and multi-agent coordination
- Hands on: Building and deploying Production-ready, Security-focused scalable GenAI and Agentic AI applications on AWS
- Understanding of vector databases like Pinecone, FAISS, Chroma, OpenSearch or equivalent
- Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and cross-functional team members to explore use cases and implement AI-led solutions.
