Roles & Responsibilities For FinCrime Analyst (Account Protection Support):
- Protecting customer’s accounts from fraudulent intrusion
- Investigating APP (Authorised Push Payment) and ATO (Account takeover) claims raised by our customers through the app.
- Chat communication of ATO and app claims status to customers
- Owning issues and internal processes end to end
- Working with colleagues in London, Krakow, Porto and Lviv to troubleshoot customer issues
- Helping to foster a culture where putting the customer first is paramount.
- Assisting other Fraud teams to broaden your FinCrime understanding
Skills Required For FinCrime Analyst (Account Protection Support):
- Minimum of C1 level, or equivalent, English language
- Minimum of 1 Year of Experience in a Customer Support or Customer-Facing role
- Basic Investigation Skills (Ability to analyze user-provided information, spot inconsistencies or missing documentation, and determine the next logical step in a simple FinCrime investigation case flow)
- Able to commit to working a variety of shift patterns, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
- The ability to multitask and perform well under pressure and tight deadlines
