Responsibilities:
- Work under the direction of Workday® lead to directly support day to day activities for workday including but not limited to: transactional support, testing execution, report development, data loads “how-to” / guidance and triage where necessary.
- Provide the customer help desk with level incident support through receiving, interpreting and answering incidents in a variety of formats; records relevant issue resolution information for reference by all personnelVisually inspects computer equipment and documentation.Installs PCsPerform upgrade on PCs as needed.Fix PC errors, including parts replacement.
- Provide outstanding support in various sectors
- Escalates unresolved problems as required to next level for resolution, routes and redirects problems to appropriate resources.

- Record and log incidentsappropriately – Including all positive and negative findings, decisions made and actions taken to resolution.
Qualifications:
- Fundamental understanding and experience with Workday business processes, organizational structures & hierarchies, security roles, job / position structure and reporting.
- 1+ years of experience with working in Workday environments as any one of these: Workday Integrations, Workday Core HCM
- Knowledge in use of integration tools such as EIB, Solution and Object Transporter for assisting data conversion and migrating configuration.
- Demonstrated creativity and analytical ability to be able to solve problem in a dynamic team-based environment.
- Strong written and oral communication skills. Strong and effectual communication skills with customers, as well as working from home employees.
- Proven dedication and accomplishment towards delivery excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Able to work in remote teams and with clients, as well as solo on certain tasks without supervision.
- Ability to prioritize and organize work to meet timeframes and quality standards with very little supervision. Ability to lead against timelines, deadlines and goals.
