Roles & Responsibilities For Fabrication Shop Maintenance
- Set up and operate ABB MIG weld robots and pick and place robotic systems (program and troubleshoot).
- For best performance and integration with production workflows.
- Perform diagnoses, troubleshooting and programming of ABB paint robots.
- Preserve the quality of the paint and the preciseness of the robot.
- Experience troubleshooting and programming Fanuc washing robots.
- Conduct regular health-checks for all robotic systems, planned and coordinated with vendors.
- Control AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) works and ensure the service is well performed in time.
Roles & Responsibilities For Assistant Manager
- Payment of imports of material and services
- Get documents for tax for import service payments made.
- Follow-up and closure of IDPMS open items for ‘bill of entry’ & ‘outward remittances”
- EDF / GR waiver sample, test and other transactions for processing
- Consider staying current with the most recent FMEA requirements on import transactions and make sure that you are in compliance.
- Depositing TDS in every month and filing the Quarterly TDS Return.
- Correction or update of bank account statements incl. reverse upload into ERP system
- Reconciliation of books of accounts and bank statement.
- Aquire bank guarantees and letter of credits as needed by the business.
- Support and strengthen risk management efforts at the Treasury level
